Q. How do purchase my order on the site?
To order your purchase :-

  1. Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
  2. Click “Continue Shopping” to continue add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.
  3. You'll reach a log in page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed your payment.
  4. You'll need to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “next” button.
  5. From here, you need to select your shipping methods of ( ( Option 1 ) J&T Cargo or TheLorry was our appointed logistics / Courier partners for last miles delivery to your doorstep and  ( Option 2 ) was Self Collection at our warehouse  located at Bandar Bukit Raja ,Klang  ) Once chosen , and click “next” button.
  6. Next you'll need to choose your payment method ( ipay 88 ) then click “next” button.
  7. After the steps before this have been done, You need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.
  8. Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.
  9. You'll redirect to Ipay88 payment gateway system and there was few payment option available to choose for example : Online Banking , Credit/Debit Card , Mobypay Buy now pay Later and E-Wallet .
  10. Once Payment Done , Your registered mailbox  will received Purchase order invoice and to follow up your order delivery , Log in to your member account , then go to    ( My Order ) to check your order processing status and shipped order delivery status can be track by AWB number updated in order list .





Q. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?

  • Log-in your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and Shipping address here.



Q. I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?

  1. Click on “Lost Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.
  2. Click Submit.
  3. A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.



Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
Yes,  only if the order is still on pending status.

- Please send an email to our customers service email at Customer.care@synergy-house.com with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order.

- Orders that are in shipping or shipped CANNOT BE CANCELED.



Q. What is the product's transaction currency?
All products transaction currency will be done in Ringgit Malaysia.



Q. How long does the pickup usually take?
You May go to our warehouse for self pickup in the next working days after payment being made through our Online Store .Once you reach our warehouse , you need to Show the order purchase invoice to our warehouse relevant department to complete order clarification at our system .( Soft Copy or Hard Copy was acceptable ).

 

Q. How long does the Order Delivery usually take?

Courier/Logistic Partners : The lorry or J&T Cargo 

⏰ Estimated Time Arrival : ⏱ Klang Valley area : 2 - 4 Days
⏱ Selangor Minor town : 3 - 5 Days( ie - K.Selangor , Tg Karang , Sabak Bernam )
⏱ Other State Major Town Area : 3 - 6 Days
⏱ Other State Minor Town Area : 4 - 12 Days( ie - Rompin , Muadzam shah , felda , felcra & etc )

Remark: Once your order being shipped , you'll received tracking number at ( My Order ) and you can copy the number and go to courier/logisctis partners website for trace accordingly .

Q. How if the product i received was damage / dented ?

Don't Worry for that , Kindly take few photo of the product damage /dented parts , then  whatsapp to 0193162689 and provide the damage product order id as well . Our after sales teams will get alert to assist on you of sending damage parts replacement or another new unit to you as solutions and it was depends on the damage condition .

 

Q. How if the product was already shipped out but i never receive or lost/missing while delivery ?

We will fully refund to you or resend another new unit for you .

 

Q. Do we have any assembly / Installation services ?

Sorry , We do not have assemble services due to ensure your order product  in good condition with going smooth while  delivery transit .
